Book Excerpt:

Elizabeth Bennet from Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice is enjoying a visit with her newly married best friend in the idyllic countryside of Kent. Her pleasant holiday is interrupted when the arrogant Mr. Darcy appears at nearby Rosings Park. During their frequent meetings, her spirited retorts do nothing to deter his attentions to her. In fact, they only seem to encourage him. Realizing Darcy is in love with her, Elizabeth is torn by an awful dilemma. With her father’s estate entailed on a male heir, she and her sisters face the prospect of poverty if they do not marry well. Darcy’s wealth could save them. But how can she marry a man she does not esteem simply for the material comfort he can offer? Fitzwilliam Darcy is determined to forget the lovely Elizabeth, who stole his heart during his autumn sojourn in Hertfordshire. So naturally, when he learns she is spending the spring within walking distance of his aunt's estate at Rosings, he goes for an extended stay. He finds Elizabeth even more enchanting than he remembered. When Darcy discovers Elizabeth’s rightful resentments against him, he seeks to make things right and court her properly. Can he convince her of his worth? Or have his past sins—and the machinations of an old enemy—sunk him in her opinion forever? This Pride and Prejudice variation is a full-length, sweet Regency romance. It includes kissing and a fade-to-black wedding night scene.

Book Excerpt:

Under normal circumstances, Darcy might have chosen to have words with Bingley about his household staff. He should not have been able to come in and out of the house in the middle of the night with no notice. But in this particular case, he was relieved that there was no one about to see him carrying an undressed and unconscious Elizabeth Bennet through the great marble hall of Netherfield Park. Based on the classic novel by Jane Austen, a story that asks what would have happened if Elizabeth had caught her sister’s cold? One by one, the residents of Netherfield Park are falling to a strange illness, but are midnight rambles through the hedgerows and delirious confessions on moonlit balconies a sign of a new understanding between Darcy and Elizabeth, or merely the result of a fever dream? When Darcy leaves the countryside, Elizabeth thinks she has the answer. And when she, too travels with her sister to visit the Gardiners, she is determined to put her feelings for the arrogant man behind her and enjoy herself in town. But try as they both might, it cannot be denied: from quiet country lanes to the glittering ballrooms of London, there is no place for Elizabeth except…IN DARCY’S ARMS. In Darcy’s Arms is a sweet, standalone Regency romance of 60,000 words.

To date, the book has sold some 20 million copies worldwide. As Anna Quindlen wrote, "Pride and Prejudice is also about that thing that all great novels consider, the search for self. And it is the first great novel to teach us that that search is as surely undertaken in the drawing room making small talk as in the pursuit of a great white whale or the public punishment of adultery." Jane Austen (1775 – 1817) was an English novelist whose works of romantic fiction, set among the landed gentry, earned her a place as one of the most widely read writers in English literature. Her realism and biting social commentary have gained her historical importance among scholars and critics.

Pride and Prejudice and Mistletoe from New York Times bestselling author, Melissa de la Cruz, is a sweet, sexy and hilarious gender-swapping, genre-satisfying re-telling, set in contemporary America and featuring one snooty Miss Darcy. Darcy Fitzwilliam is 29, beautiful, successful, and brilliant. She dates hedge funders and basketball stars and is never without her three cellphones—one for work, one for play, and one to throw at her assistant (just kidding). Darcy’s never fallen in love, never has time for anyone else’s drama, and never goes home for Christmas if she can help it. But when her mother falls ill, she comes home to Pemberley, Ohio, to spend the season with her family. Her parents throw their annual Christmas bash, where she meets one Luke Bennet, the smart, sardonic slacker son of their neighbor. Luke is 32-years-old and has never left home. He’s a carpenter and makes beautiful furniture, and is content with his simple life. He comes from a family of five brothers, each one less ambitious than the other. When Darcy and Luke fall into bed after too many eggnogs, Darcy thinks it’s just another one night stand. But why can’t she stop thinking of Luke? What is it about him? And can she fall in love, or will her pride and his prejudice against big-city girls stand in their way?

Fun, funny, and true to the voice and spirit of Jane herself, these three books will bring you to Pemberley and take you places you never expected! About the Books in This Bundle: Mr. Darcy Takes a Wife, by Linda Berdoll Hold on to your bonnets! This sexy, epic, hilarious, poignant and romantic sequel to Pride and Prejudice goes far beyond Jane Austen. Linda Berdoll, author of Darcy & Elizabeth: Nights and Days at Pemberley, delivers a fun, steamy story that's been embraced by hundreds of thousands of fans. Every woman wants to be Elizabeth Bennet Darcy-beautiful, gracious, universally admired, strong, daring and outspoken-a thoroughly modern woman in crinolines. And every woman will fall madly in love with Mr. Darcy-tall, dark and handsome, a nobleman and a heartthrob whose virility is matched only by his utter devotion to his wife. Their passion is consuming and idyllic-essentially, they can't keep their hands off each other-through a sweeping tale of adventure and misadventure, human folly and numerous mysteries of parentage. Mr. Darcy's Diary, by Amanda Grange Monday 9th September "I left London today and met Bingley at Netherfield Park. I had forgotten what good company he is; always ready to be pleased and always cheerful. After my difficult summer, it is good to be with him again. ..." The only place Darcy could share his innermost feelings was in the private pages of his diary. Torn between his sense of duty to his family name and his growing passion for Elizabeth Bennet, all he can do is struggle not to fall in love. Mr. Darcy's Diary presents the story of the unlikely courtship of Elizabeth Bennet and Fitzwilliam Darcy from Darcy's point of view. This graceful imagining and sequel to Pride and Prejudice explains Darcy's moodiness and the difficulties of his reluctant relationship as he struggles to avoid falling in love with Miss Bennet. Though seemingly stiff and stubborn at times, Darcy's words prove him also to be quite devoted and endearing- - qualities that eventually win over Miss Bennet's heart. This continuation by Amanda Grange, bestselling author of Mr. Darcy, Vampyre, is charming and elegant, much like Darcy himself. "Absolutely fascinating. Amanda Grange seems to have really got under Darcy's skin and retells the story, in diary form, with great feeling and sensitivity." - Historical Novel Society Mr. & Mrs. Fitzwilliam Darcy: Two Shall Become One, by Sharon Lathan Sharon Lathan, author of In the Arms of Mr. Darcy, presents Mr. & Mrs. Fitzwilliam Darcy, a fascinating portrait of a timeless, consuming love -- and the sweetest, most romantic Jane Austen sequel. It's Darcy and Elizabeth's wedding day, and the journey is just beginning as Jane Austen's beloved Pride and Prejudice characters embark on the greatest adventure of all: marriage and a life together filled with surprising passion, tender self-discovery, and the simple joys of every day. As their love story unfolds in this most romantic of Jane Austen sequels, Darcy and Elizabeth reveal to each other how their relationship blossomed. From misunderstanding to perfect understanding and harmony, theirs is a marriage filled with romance, sensuality, and the beauty of a deep, abiding love.

A hilarious mash-up “for those who like their Regency romances with funny pictures of cats” (The Wall Street Journal). What if Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice was told from a cat’s point of view? Pride and Prejudice and Kitties juxtaposes wacky photos of cats with the wicked humor of Jane Austen. Soulful Mr. Darcy gazes at Elizabeth Bennet in fascination; hysterical Mrs. Bennet yowls that no one understands her; somnolent Mr. Hurst passes out on the sofa after dinner; arrogant Lady Catherine hisses at Elizabeth. Each photo includes a caption that goes along with the text of Pride and Prejudice— told from a feline perspective. Pride and Prejudice and Kitties is a book for Austenphiles, ailurophiles, and anyone who loves to laugh.

Book Excerpt:

Mr. Darcy is a liar because he says that he is an Alpha, I am an Omega… And that I belong to him, body and soul. Once upon a time, Elizabeth Bennet read a fairy tale that broke down the world into three kinds of people: the normal, everyday Betas; the proud and arrogant Alphas; and the meek, submissive Omegas, whose only goal in life was to please their growling Alpha mates. Lizzy never forgot that tale—even though it wasn’t real. Or was it? When terrible pains overcome Elizabeth while tending to her sister Jane, Lizzy knows she must escape Netherfield—and Mr. Darcy. Because he tells her that he is an Alpha, she is an Omega, and that her body will be his. But she knows she will never submit to any man, especially one as proud, demanding—and tempting—as Mr. Darcy. But what if Mr. Darcy is telling the truth? What if she is an Omega and—should she run from him—she risks letting any Alpha who finds her, conquer and take her? Lizzy can’t believe these stories are real. And she knows she can’t stay one moment longer at Netherfield, because if Mr. Darcy takes her in his arms again, she will give him what he wants: Her, body and soul. Surely it’s more dangerous to stay inside…than to run away? Alphas and Omegas and Mr. Darcy, oh my! What is going on? It’s Pride and Prejudice meets the Omegaverse in this very intimate variation. If you haven’t heard of Alphas, Omegas, and all that the Omegaverse entails: prepare yourself. It’s a wild ride, but a fun one. Please note this is NOT for Jane Austen purists! Expect a savage, sensual variation. Can you handle a Lizzy whose body will guide her? Can you deal with the most wrathful, wicked Wickham? And are you ready to meet Mr. Darcy, your Alpha?
